Increased Inflow to Hemavathi Reservoir – 6 Crest Gates Opened

The inflow to the Hemavathi Reservoir has increased, and the water level in the reservoir is approaching the Full Reservoir Level (FRL). In this context, 6 crest gates of the reservoir have been opened, and water has started flowing downstream. This measure aims to prevent the risk of flooding in the lower areas due to heavy rains.
