The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a plan to implement the "Open Book Exam" system for 9th-grade students starting in 2025 as part of its educational reforms. Under this new examination format, students will be allowed to refer to textbooks, notes, and library materials while writing their exams.
