Bidar: Long-standing animosity over a trivial issue has exploded in the border district of Bidar. A dispute regarding a vacant plot escalated to a point where a miscreant went on a rampage at midnight, setting fire to a car parked in front of a house in Shivanagar.

Incident Details:

The car belonging to Ramesh Gaikwad, a resident of Shivanagar in Bidar, was reduced to ashes in this malicious act. The vehicle was set ablaze in the dead of night, and the roaring flames completely gutted the car. A man named Sudarshan is suspected of carrying out this act.

What Triggered the Hatred?

Ramesh Gaikwad and Sudarshan had been embroiled in a dispute over a vacant plot for several days. A case regarding this matter is already in court and is currently in the hearing stage. However, harboring a grudge over the issue, Sudarshan allegedly took advantage of the late hour when no one was around to set the car on fire.

CCTV Captures the Culprit's Act:

The Rampage: In addition to setting the car on fire, the accused reportedly created a ruckus by throwing chairs and other items kept in the courtyard of Ramesh's house.

CCTV Evidence: The visuals of the miscreant setting fire to the car have been captured by a local CCTV camera, providing the police with strong evidence.

Police Visit:

The New Town Police of Bidar visited the spot and conducted an inspection. Based on the complaint filed by the victim, Ramesh Gaikwad, the police have registered a case and are currently launched a manhunt for the absconding accused.
