BENGALURU: Former Minister Byrathi Basavaraj, who is currently facing legal hurdles in connection with the Rowdy-sheeter 'Bikla' Shiva murder case, is undergoing treatment at the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research. Both the police and medical experts are closely monitoring his health condition.
Angiogram Test at Jayadeva
Doctors are performing an angiogram to detect any blockages in Byrathi Basavaraj's coronary arteries. Medical staff are providing a condition update to the police every four hours.
Detection of Blockages: This test will confirm the exact extent and location of any blockages in the heart vessels.
Discharge Criteria: If the angiogram report reveals significant blockages, he will not be discharged from the hospital immediately.
Awaiting Reports: Since the reports regarding his vascular health have not yet been declared "stable," the doctors have decided to continue the treatment.
Heavy Police Security at Hospital
In light of Byrathi Basavaraj’s hospitalization, the Mico Layout Subdivision police have deployed significant personnel to ensure tight security around Jayadeva Hospital. A decision on whether to produce him before a judge or continue his hospital stay will be made only after the final medical reports are released.
